Menova provides educational content and an organizational self-check tool. Menova does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical condition.

No emergency service

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not rely on Menova for urgent care.

Account and payments

• The Symptom Clarity Report is a one-time digital purchase. All sales are final unless required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Refund requests for technical issues should be sent to hello@menova.life within 7 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape content at scale, or upload unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Menova content, copy, and design are the property of Menova and protected by applicable laws. Personal, non-commercial reading and sharing of links is welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits; in those, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws rules. For users in the EU, UK, or US, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
