Menova provides educational content and an organizational self-check tool. Menova does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical condition.

No emergency service

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately. Do not rely on Menova for urgent care.

No fees and affiliate links

• Menova's educational content and self-check tool are free to use. We do not currently sell a paid product or process payments.
• Some pages contain affiliate links to licensed third-party providers. If you sign up through one of these links, Menova may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.
• Menova is not a party to any transaction or treatment you enter into with a third-party provider. Their terms, pricing, and services are their own responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape content at scale, or upload unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Menova content, copy, and design are the property of Menova and protected by applicable laws. Personal, non-commercial reading and sharing of links is welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits; in those, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws rules. For users in the EU, UK, or US, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
